Each cadet must don a lifejacket
Manually inflate the jacket.
In the water, cadets must work in pairs to demonstrate incapacitation.
Out of the water cadets must deflate the jacket, take it off, throw it into the water. Each cadet must get back into the water and practice donning a jacket in the water and then inflate it manually.
Demonstration of commands and exit techniques for overwing emergency exits.
Water survival techniques; group together, supporting the arms, knees up.
