Elite Airline Prep was founded to address a critical gap in the aviation industry: the transition from flight training to airline employment. While flight schools prepare pilots for their licences, they often leave them unprepared for the rigorous selection processes used by major airlines.
Our approach is different. We don’t offer self-paced modules or recorded content. Every session is delivered one-to-one by active airline Captains and Instructors who understand exactly what airlines are looking for — because they’re currently doing the job.
Based in Dublin, Ireland, we serve cadet pilots, newly qualified pilots, and experienced aviators transitioning between European airlines. Our preparation is informed by continuous feedback from airline recruiters and focuses specifically on the areas where candidates actually fail.
Simtech Aviation’s ATPL course is powered by our partner ASG, an Approved Training Organisation of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) permitted to deliver training for the award of an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
We’ve partnered with ASP to offer a comprehensive e-Learning and personal solution for your interview preparation. ASP is a fully accredited HR solutions provider. It was founded by Guillaume Debauchez, a former BA pilot and Emirates Captain. As a recruiter for Emirates his insights are invaluable.
Advanced Interview Course teaches you what happens behind the scenes, how to study an airline, how to portray yourself adequately as a pilot, how to know yourself through a personality questionnaire, and how to give great answers to tough interview questions.

For Simtech students and professional pilots that are interested in getting additional one-to-one and group professional training to boost their performance during Airline assessments, Simtech has partnered with Conor Keeling of Professional Pilot Coaching.
Conor is an highly-experienced ex- Airbus A330 Commander. His primary focus is working with the next generation of Airline Pilots, providing professional coaching and pilot experience to enhance their skills and boost their confidence during Airline assessments. He is a fully accredited member of the Association of Coaching and European Coaching and Mentoring Council and operates strictly under their Global Code of Ethics.
