25 Years of Excellence Offers – Terms & Conditions

To celebrate 25 years in business we are giving cadets who book their APS course in 2026 a range of special offers. Each monthly offer applies to the date in which you pay your deposit for your APS MCC course.

General Campaign Terms

The “25 Years of Excellence” campaign is operated by Simtech Aviation and applies to selected APS MCC course bookings made during defined promotional periods throughout 2026.

• Promotions are valid only within the specified booking window (typically 1st–25th of each month)
• Offers apply to new course bookings only and are not valid retrospectively
• A booking is considered confirmed only when a deposit has been received and a course date secured
• All promotions are subject to availability and course capacity

Simtech Aviation reserves the right to:

• Modify, substitute, or withdraw any promotion at its discretion
• Limit availability of promotional offers
• Refuse application of an offer where eligibility criteria are not met

Offer Application

• Promotional benefits will be applied only after deposit payment and course confirmation
• Discounts will be reflected on the final course invoice
• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits

Discount & Offer Combinations

Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount, including:

• Buddy / referral discounts
• Limited-time campaign discounts

Flight school partnership agreements and pre-agreed pricing structures remain valid, unless otherwise stated.

Raffle / Prize Draw Promotions (Where Applicable)

For promotions involving raffles or prize draws:

• Entry is automatic upon eligible booking within the campaign booking window
• Winners will be selected at random after the closing date

Prizes are:

• Non-transferable
• Non-refundable
• Not redeemable for cash

Simtech Aviation reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal value where necessary

Course Changes / Cancellations

If a student changes their course date or cancels their booking:

• Promotional eligibility may be reviewed or withdrawn
• Standard Simtech Aviation booking terms and conditions apply in all cases

Liability & Amendments

Simtech Aviation reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

April Offer – €125 APS MCC Course Discount:

• Valid for a maximum of 15 course bookings.
• Booking window: 01 April – 25 April 2026. €125 discount will be applied to the student’s course fee.
• The discount will be reflected on the final invoice after booking confirmation.

Eligibility:

Applies to APS MCC courses scheduled in 2026 only – both EASA, UK CAA & DUAL APS MCC

Conditions:

• A deposit must be paid within the promotional window
• A course date must be confirmed within the same period

Exclusions:

• Not valid in conjunction with buddy/referral discounts
• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers

Important:

Simtech Aviation reserves the right to:

• Withdraw or amend the promotion at any time
• Close the offer early once the maximum allocation (15 bookings) has been reached

May Offer – Free 737 Mock-up Poster & Pilot Shirt:

Valid for all APS MCC course bookings confirmed between 01 May – 25 May 2026

Offer Details:

Each eligible student will receive:

• 1 x Boeing 737 Mock-Up Poster
• 1 x Pilot Shirt

These items will be collected onsite at Simtech Aviation on Day 1 of Ground School.

Eligibility:

Applies to APS MCC courses scheduled in 2026 only, including:

• EASA APS MCC
• UK CAA APS MCC
• Dual APS MCC

Conditions:

A deposit must be paid within the promotional window (01 May – 25 May 2026)
A course date must be confirmed within the same period
The offer will be added to the student’s booking once deposit is received and course confirmed

Exclusions:

Not valid in conjunction with:

• Buddy/referral discounts
• Other promotional offers

Flight school partnership agreements remain valid, unless otherwise stated

Important:

Simtech Aviation reserves the right to:

• Withdraw or amend the promotion at any time
• Substitute items of equal value where necessary
• Limit availability of promotional items
