Paul joined Simtech Aviation in 2022 as Financial Controller and oversees all accounting and financial functions. Paul is a qualified accountant and prior to joining Simtech he worked at Gunn Lennon Fabrication Ltd., a specialist construction company.
Maurice Shiels
Head of Sales & Commercial Operations
Maurice leads Simtech’s Sales and Marketing efforts, focusing on developing flight school partnerships, student pilot course sales, and corporate team-building experiences. With over 25 years’ experience in the travel industry, his background spans account management, strategic planning, and driving high-impact sales conversions.
Sé Pardy
Accountable Manager
As Accountable Manager, Sé is responsible for the technical oversight of the ATO and Simulator Standards, He currently flies short haul routes on A320s.
Ciaran Ivory
Head of Engineering
Ciaran is Engineering Manager and has worked with Simtech for 14 years holding roles as Junior Engineer, Senior Engineer and Safety Manager before taking the role of Engineering Manager.
Captain Pat Lanigan Ryan
Head of Training (HT) and Chief Flight Instructor (CFI)
Pat is Head of Training and Chief Flight Instructor, with over 20 years’ experience in flight operations, management and training. Prior to joining Simtech, Pat was a Line Training Captain with an Irish airline, where he was Chief Training Captain and CFI of the company’s ATO. He holds ATPL, TRI, TRE, TRES, MCCI and CRMT qualifications.
Bob Sheehan
Compliance Monitoring Manager
Bob is Compliance Monitoring Manager and has worked with Simtech for 17 years. With 45 years in aviation working with Aer Lingus and Aer Rianta, previous roles have included Engineering Manager and Flight Simulator Engineer.
