Gift Vouchers

Introduction: These terms and conditions govern your purchase of and participation in Simtech Aviation’s Flight Simulator Experience. By purchasing this digital voucher, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you should not book a Flight Simulator Experience with us.

Usage: Our vouchers are ideal for two people to use and fly together (one in Captains seat, other in First Officer seat). Not more than 2 people can fly at a time.

Age Requirement: The minimum age requirement is 10 years old+. 10 -18 year olds must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Number of people allowed per booking: a maximum of 3 people per booking are permitted in the building.

Simtech Facilities: We regret that our Pilot Training & Simulator Centre is not wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the egress and access of the flight simulators and the metal stairs within the Simtech Flight Hangar.

Booking & Sessions timing: Our voucher sessions take place on Saturdays and Sundays. Advance booking is required.

Simulator availability & serviceability: All vouchers and bookings are subject to availability & serviceability. There may be occasions where Simtech Aviation has to reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to avoid this, and will communicate any changes to you in advance of the booked time.

Transferrable Vouchers: If the person who originally bought the voucher is not the person to complete the experience, we will still accept the voucher and booking.

Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

Voucher Refunds/Cancellations: You have 15 days to cancel your voucher purchase and receive a refund. Once you have cancelled your digital voucher, it will be considered void. We will not be held responsible if the voucher and associated booking number are re-gifted.

Flight Simulator Experience Cancellation or No-Show: Once you have reserved a Flight Simulator Experience session, we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule the appointed date and time. Bookings cancelled within less than 24 hours are considered a ‘No Show’ with the customer forfeiting his/her rights and his/her voucher being cancelled.
